In 2016 Toni LLC launched The Fine Mess Company, a management and consulting company dedicated to managing and developing the careers and social media platforms of rising entertainers, content creators, and public figures. Fine Mess Productions

Fine Mess Productions was created as a way for Toni Baldwin to produce and release music videos and mini series. Since it's creation in 2007, Fine Mess Productions. During 2015, Fine Mess Productions expanded into full media production, development, event planning, and photography. Fine Mess Productions is currently producing digital media projects and developing larger film, tv, digitial and photography projects.

Fine Mess Records was established in 2007 as a way for Toni LLC CEO, Toni Baldwin, to release, manage, and own all of the rights to her musical releases. Since its founding, Fine Mess Records has been working to exceed the industry standards for an independent record label. Fine Mess Records aims to work with artists in an organic creative process that truly recognizes their vision. Fine Mess Records is currently scouting talent to expand it's roster and work with rising talent.

In addition to being a creative director, Toni Baldwin is also an influencer working with brands to promote their products and experiences in an authentic way. The personal brand of Toni Baldwin initially launched in 2016 but saw a relaunch in July 2020 under the Toni LLC umbrella. Since the beginning of her digital career, Toni has collaborated with numerous high profile brands such as Squarespace, Daniel Wellington, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty and more. Toni shares a candid look at the life of a 27 year old entrepreneur as well her fast paced lifestyle. She's open to collaborations with brands that have integrity, diversity, and a vision aligned with the unique brand she’s built over the years.
